All levels: Monday, Wednesday, Friday  7:00-8:30 pm

Beginners: Thursday 7:30-8:30 pm

Yoga for Capoeiristas: Monday, Friday 6:30-7:00 pm

Open to all levels!!! Our class has two instructors so beginners always get a lot of one-to-one attention.

Price

Individual classes:

Any capoeira class: $12 drop-in

Yoga for Capoeiristas: $3 drop-in

Monthly pricing options:

All Monday, Wednesday, Friday classes: $100/month (a little over $8 per class!)

All Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday classes: $135 / month (only $7.50/class!)
